About Us

Who We Are

John Bell Pharmacist Advice was established in Oxford Street Woollahra in 1969; at a site between Jersey Road and Queen Street where a pharmacy had existed from the late 19th century.

John Bell Pharmacy pioneered the presentation of pre-packaged medications for aged care facilities in the eastern suburbs, and still specialises in medication management systems for hospitals, hostels and residential aged care facilities, as well as providing tailor-made solutions to help individual community-based patients self-manage their medications.

Our team of pharmacists has become recognised as providing the very best possible advice to maximise the benefits (and minimise risks or any possible side effects) of medications – both prescription and non-prescription medications.

We specialise in areas such as asthma and allergy, diabetes management, wound care, eye care, cardiovascular disease, pain management and therapeutic skin care. And our Clinic Room offers a convenient area for vaccinations wound management, and blood pressure and blood glucose measurement, or just a space for a private chat about your medication issues.
